Description
Whim Farm Cottages are located in Monyash in the Peak District
Approached by a private farm lane passing wooded copses full of wildlife. Adjacent to the owners' home but privacy is maintained. Original features have been preserved with beams, wooden floors and wood burning stoves.
Peaceful, tranquil, an area for children to roam freely, amazing summer bird song.
Cycle routes, Tissington trail, High Peak trail within ½ mile and cycle store provided. Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, Castleton Potteries, Manchester Lowry Centre, Science Museum, Trafford Centre and Imperial War Museum North within easy reach.
Sheffield Fire Museum, Steel Museum and Meadow Hall nearby. Bakewell, 6 miles. Buxton, 7 miles. Matlock, 15 miles. Ashbourne, 14 miles. Shop and pub ½ mile (and footpaths over farmland to other pubs)
