The Barn at Smalldale Hall is a stone built, Grade II listed detached barn conversion situated in a peaceful location, on the outer fringes of the pretty Derbyshire village of Bradwell.  

It has been lovingly restored using thoughtful, modern styling and innovative design.

Features include large open plan living space, spiral staircase, under-floor heating throughout.

The barn easily accomodates groups of families and friends in 3 ensuite bedrooms, including one large 'family' room with a double and two single beds and a cot.

Laundry and patio with BBQ and panoramic views.

Games room with table football and darts and field available for outside games.

The barn provides a great retreat for family and friends alike.

Sleeps: 8 (6 adults, 2 children).

New Winter B&B option
2-4 night mid-week breaks available in the whole barn or just the large ground floor family room.  Prices from £50 per night (minimum 2 night stay) including a continental breakfast.
