Description Stafford Croft is a newly renovated luxury bungalow which offers self catering accommodation for 10 adults and one/two children in the pretty village of Bradwell, Derbyshire in the heart of the Peak District National Park.   Stafford Croft is set within one acre of its own landscaped gardens in the heart of the village and just a short stroll away are local shops, post office, bakery, several pubs/restaurant and fish and chip shop.  There are also two large playing fields in the village one of which is across the quiet road at the bottom of Stafford Croft drive, this also has excellent play equipment for children.       The accommodation briefly comprises of a large kitchen fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery and pans you will need for your stay.  There is an all electric double oven cooker, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.  In the utility area there is also a washing machine for guests use. In the lounge there is plenty of easy seating a flatscreen TV with DVD player, CD player and also a fully sprung double bed settee for further sleeping if needed.  Leading from the lounge is a large conservatory which is also the dining area and has a table that will easily extend to seat 12 people.      Three bedrooms one of which is en-suite. The main bathroom is fully tiled and has a full size bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is also a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. Ample off road parking is available and secure storage for bikes etc. Pets are welcome at Stafford Croft by prior arrangement provided they are house trained and well behaved.  Guests must provide suitable bedding, feed bowls etc and are expected to keep pets off beds and furnishings.  Pets must not be left unattended at any time and must be on a lead when outside.  Guests are expected to clear all mess and place in the bin provided. Stafford Croft is a non smoking bungalow.  As it is now the law to keep all public areas smoke free we ask guests to only smoke outside and use the bins provided.  If any evidence of smoking is found inside the bungalow we retain the right to keep the damage/extra cleaning deposit in full.
