Description You will find Rowlands cottage just outside the picturesque village of Alstonefield, in the heart of the Peak District. It is an ideal base for visitors to explore the area. With excellent walking from your doorstep in Dovedale and Manifold valleys, cycling trails are also close by. Just a short drive away are the towns of Ashbourne, Buxton and Bakewell also the major country houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall. Accommodation Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Room - The kitchen area has a tiled floor, is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, oven and all the essential equipment you require. A cosy and comfortable lounge with colour TV, video, radio CD player, also a selection of books, videos and games. A spacious shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and shaver point. The bedroom contains twin beds, each with duvets. In adjacent building you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer, also room to store push bikes securely. Outside drying area.
