This country lodge is located in the very heart of the Peak District in Ashbourne

Enjoy the luxury and peaceful tranquillity of your own four berth Country Lodge, set in the former grounds of Sandybrook Hall, an elegant 19th Century manor house.

Fully equipped to the very highest standards and benefiting from the exclusive use of a beautiful new swimming pool and listed Coach House, you have just found the ultimate self catering accommodation for your visit to the Peak District.

Accommodation

The style of the Lodge is a "Riber". This means it can accommodate four adults (and a baby) and is designed to the very highest specification.

You will find the kitchen has everything you will need, including a microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and plenty of cutlery/crockery. The bathroom contains a luxury shower cubical and the bedrooms have fine strong beds, with beautiful linen. The lounge/dining area has plenty of room to enjoy your meal and relax. The TV, VCR, CD player and satellite television complete the multimedia experience from the comfort of big modern sofas.

The Lodge has room-by-room heating controls to keep you warm as toast when you need it. The Lodge is well insulated and all windows are double-glazed. The only thing cold on a winter's night will be the Chardonnay in the fridge!

Our lodge is one of the few privately owned lodges set in the Sandybrook Country Park Estate, about one mile north of Ashbourne in the Peak District. Only built last year (2003), the lodge has recently been awarded the ETC 4 star grade for Self-catering accommodation by the English Tourism Council.

    Facilities

    Sandybrook Country Park

    The park is owned and maintained by Pinelodge Holidays, who also built the lodges. They have designed the area to encompass the need for space to roam, privacy and the provision of the very best facilities. It has it's own woodland, which is filled with bluebells in the spring. There is also a stunning ancient pinetum and a large, lawned play area with swings and climbing frames for the kids.

    The Pool

    The superb swimming pool, which is exclusive to the park, is a beautiful facility and free to guests, who are welcome morning till night.

    The Coach House

    The listed Coach House has been lovingly restored to contain a rustic bar, with a huge open fire, and a restaurant serving delicious food. There are also games rooms and areas for kids to play and unwind in safety.
