Description Cherry Tree Cottages We have created The Stables and Meadowview Barn out of three-hundred-year-old stone buildings in Pickford Place. Formerly a mews, situated in the Conservation Area of Chapel-en-le-Frith, Pickford Place is now an open space with gardens, approached through an archway from the Market Place. Accommodation Meadowview Barn Created in a large, 300-year-old stone barn of great character, Meadowview Cottage is a spacious holiday home equipped and furnished for five people. There is a double, a single and a twin bedroom reached by pine staircases. A cot can be provided free of charge if required. The ground floor bathroom has an electric shower, WC washbasin with over-sink water heater, and a razor point. Prices Range From: £175 - £355 The Stables The Stables Cottage is a spacious two-bedroomed cottage created from the former stables of Meadowview Barn. It is equipped and comfortably furnished for four people. This has been designed with older people in mind. The double bedroom, the kitchen, bathroom (with shower only), and lounge are all on the ground floor. The twin bedroom is on the upper floor, reached by a natural pine staircase. A cot can be provided if required. The massive roof beams have been left exposed. All beds have duvets with clean duvet covers, and fibre filled pillows. Bed linen may be hired, but if holidaymakers bring their own, we provide clean bottom pillowcases and bottom sheets for every bed. The ground floor lounge, double bedroom and kitchen all look out over the gardens and our own meadowland with the Peak District hills beyond. There are frogs and rabbits in the meadow, and a wide variety of birds and butterflies in the summer months. There is garden furniture for each house and children may play freely around the gardens and in our meadow.
