Hillside Croft is a luxury oak beamed stone cottage dated 1709. Set in 6 acres of private gardens and pastureland with lovely views and nature on the doorstep. There are 5 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a master Victorian bathroom with bath and walk in shower and 3 WC's. Fully equipped luxury farmhouse kitchen. Separate lounge and dining rooms with log burning stoves.
Billys Bothy is a beautiful converted red brick farm building with 5 double bedrooms, all en-suite. A well equipped galleried farmhouse kitchen adjoining large dining room is a culinary delight. Exceptional lounge with log burning stove and doors opening onto patio, garden with lovely surrounding views. Small gymnasium with sauna and shower, doubling as small conference room.
Both cottages are grade II listed buildings of character, having private gardens, patios, BBQ, car parking and beautiful views. There are lovely walks from each cottage and we are close to several cycle trails. The cottages are five miles apart yet both are central to all the activities and attractions Derbyshire and Staffordshire have to offer. Included in both cottages:
