Description Set in 175 acres Havenhill cottage lies directly between Carsington Water and Tissington. This luxury holiday cottage newly renovated, to an exceptional standard, from the traditional 17th Century buildings of Grade II listed Netherton Hall. The cottage sleeps 4 plus 2 on a sofa bed. The spacious sitting room has LCD satellite television, DVD player and stereo CD. There is also a large family bathroom with luxurious large freestanding bath. The shaker style kitchen diner is modern and fully equipped. Outside there is a private court yard and barbeque area to relax overlooking the stunning countryside to the rear plus parking and seating area to the front. You can also bring your horse or dog on holiday with you. We have superb stabling facilities on site, a large outdoor and indoor ménage and own private farm ride. If you like to walk, ride or cycle we are ideally placed to explore the surrounding countryside. There are numerous short routes around the quiet country roads, green lanes and bridle paths, or you can explore the trail around Carsington Reservoir or along the new link from Bradbourne to Tissington and onto the Tissington Trail and the Pennine Bridleway. Access to the Highpeak Trail is a short ride away in the next village of Brassington. Within a short drive are the beautiful market towns of Bakewell and Ashbourne, the historic houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall and for the more energetic Alton Towers and Carsington.
