Description At Ashbourne Self Catering we offer luxurious accommodation set within the Heart of the Peak District. The accommodation is of 4 or 5 star ETC quality, either in the pretty hamlet of Bradley or overlooking the valley nestling the quaint village of Kniveton, Derbyshire. Each location and property offers accommodation with individual taste and all modern amenities, with spectacular views in rural locations. Yew Tree Nook & Lady Pond Retreat, Bradley Hall self-catering accommodation is situated in the grounds of Bradley Hall, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, renovated from the wing of the Hall and retaining original features. The 2 apartments, Yew Tree Nook and Lady Pond Retreat have shared use of a pretty front garden with patio furniture & BBQ. Yew Tree Nook is our 5 star apartment sleeping up to 6. Originally the 17th century wine cellars but now lovingly restored to an excellent standard, offering a unique experience. This romantic setting incorporates vaulted ceilings, original stone features and has been furnished to a high standard. A Victorian bath in one of the bedrooms adds a touch of indulgence. Yew Tree Nook offers 2 large en-suite king size bedrooms, and a further fold out double sofa bed within the spacious lounge/dining area. Each bedroom has a cast iron king-size bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Lady Pond Retreat sleeps up to 8. This beautifully furnished apartment offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite. The kitchen/lounge/dining area is fully equipped with hob oven, microwave and dishwasher. Standlow Farm  is the largest of our accommodation and sleeps 2 - 42 guests in an assortment of two bedroom Derbyshire stone cottages, seven bedroom farmhouse and also offers for separate hire The Barn which is a kitchen/lounge/dining for the larger groups. All guests at Standlow Farm also have use of The Games Room which is new for 2008 offering a full size snooker/pool table, a full size table tennis table and all other exciting games. Standlow Farm’s attractive Cottages & Farmhouse have been sympathetically converted. Once part of a working farm, they retain many original features and enjoy shared use of nine acres of natural countryside with seating areas and barbecues. All the cottages are unique and are furnished to a high standard and have been graded ETC 4star. Some bedrooms are double, twin bed, bunk bed and Daisy Cottage has two double bedrooms, one being ground floor level. Standlow Farm offers spectacular views over the valley and beyond and each accommodation has a terrace and BBQ to enjoy. There is also a children’s play area in the large garden at the rear of the farm. High View Grange Farmhouse has been re-furbished to a luxury 7 double bed-roomed Farmhouse with dining for 18.  Incorporating many original features but incorporating modern amenities with which you come to expect with any holiday in the country. The views from the Farmhouse are spectacular and each room is spacious and thoughtfully decorated to a high standard. High View Grange Farmhouse been extended to 7 bedrooms (3 en-suite) plus a large family bathroom, a downstairs toilet, garden room and very spacious kitchen/dining and lounge area with views over the garden of Standlow Farm.
