Description The Hulmes Vale Farm Holiday Cottages offer self-catering accommodation holidays for large groups near Buxton, Derbyshire in the heart of the Peak District National Park. We specialise in reunion parties, family get-togethers and well behaved hen and stag parties are also very welcome. Hulmes Vale Farm Cottages - pictured above, are part of a family run business, surround by approx 10 acres of its own land. Both properties have been completely redeveloped to the highest standard and specification to assure the maximum comfort for guests throughout their stay. The Holmes Barn can easily sleep 16 guests and Hulmes Vale House can sleep 14 guests, both properties can be rented together for to make a retreat for 30 or more guests. We are situated just off the A623 near the spa town of Buxton, and conveniently located to enable guests to visit many of Derbyshire's attractions including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Bakewell and Castleton with its many caves and much, much more. The nearest villages of Tideswell and Bradwell are approx 10 mins drive away and offer all facilities and many public houses for dining out opportunities. The market town of Chesterfield and the city of Sheffield are also within an hours drive. We are situated in an ideal location for you to explore the Pennine Bridleway and there is also a wide variety of scenic trails for you and your horse to enjoy. Also available within easy travelling distance are fishing, golf, climbing, gliding facilities and much more. There are also many miles of walking and cycling trails for both the novice and experienced holiday maker.
