Description Originally a farm dating back to the 17th century - Elton Guest House is situated in the award winning conservation village of Elton, close to Bakewell, Matlock, Chatsworth House (recently used for the film Pride & Prejudice) and Haddon Hall. ETC 3 star rated - we have two very large bed/sitting rooms both offering generous double, twin or family holiday occupation. One room has an open fire (for that extra winter break treat) but each room has its own adjacent private bathroom, TV, drinks making facilities, central heating and is furnished with attractive antiques including four-poster beds. Bed & Breakfast (choice of menu) from £22.50 per person per night 19th Century Twogates cottage is the old bothy of this former farm and is situated in the cobbled courtyard at the rear of Elton guesthouse. Two bedrooms - (1 double - and 1 twin) sleeping 4 people maximum. Attractive Pepperpot Cottage - has one double bedroom sleeping two guests maximum, conservatory/dining room, beamed ceiling, spiral staircase, patio and lock-up cycle shed.
