Description Corner Cottage This cottage is located in the very heart of the Peak District in Hope Accommodation The high standard of accommodation is ideal for up to 3 people with one double bed and one single bedroom, all beautifully appointed with duvets (linen and towels provided) changed weekly for stays longer than the week. A bathroom with W/C and bath. A lovely fitted kitchen equipped with cooker hob/grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer, coffee percolator etc. A large sitting room with colour TV and video, fully carpeted throughout the cottage. Facilities for baby with a cot and high chair List Of Features Furnished Large Sitting Room Television And Video Fully Fitted Kitchen Kitchen Table Hob / Grill Cooker Microwave Fridge Freezer Washing Machine Bath W/C Cot And High Chair Facilities For winter holidays we have a gas central heating system and electric coal effect fire. All windows are double glazed. Private Parking off street, cottage gardens and patio All heating, lighting and water is inclusive in the price of the weekly letting Short Winter breaks available Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday. The cottage is not let through any agency, but is fully cleaned and maintained to ensure high standards. We always leave little extras in to get your holiday off to a good start. eg: fresh milk, eggs, flowers etc Booking Should you wish to make a booking, please phone first to check availability of dates A deposit of £50.00 per week is requested. The balance is due 14 days before arrival please. Your booking will be confirmed within the week Guests are welcome to arrive from 3pm onward. Please vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure A non smoking cottage and no pets please On booking we always send a map of location, advise over the collection of keys and issue an insurance form as recommended by the English Tourist Board
