Chapman Farm Cottages are set in a quiet location in a conservation area, providing a perfect holiday retreat for all seasons. Ideally situated for exploring the superb countryside and visiting the many places of local interest, such as Castleton - home of Blue John stone; Bakewell, Buxton, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. A wealth of walking and cycling opportunities from your door. 7 minute level walk to the village centre. Direct access to footpaths. Ample parking. Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture immediately in front of the cottage, or in the farm garden. Lock-up storage for cycles available. Sorry no pets. Byre Cottage Small and cosy, this characters cottage has been renovated to a high standard, yet maintaining a combination of olde worlds charm with modern day comforts. The gas centrally heated open plan accommodation comprises. Sitting/dining room, cast iron electric fire, TV, radio/CD player, comfortable seating, ample dining area. Kitchen area with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Open stairs leading to: Bedroom - with king size bed, built-in wardrobe and drawers. Bathroom - with corner shower, wash basin and toilet. Shaver socket. Top quality linen and towels are provided. Cot and high chair available on request. Prices range from £200 to £300 per week. Short term lets available out of season and at short notice Vernon Cottage This charismatic stone built cottage was the original barn attached to Chapman Farm. The gas centrally heated accommodation comprises: Entrance: into sitting/dining room, gritstone built fireplace, cast iron electric fire, window seat, TV and video, radio/CD player, comfortable seating, ample dining area. Kitchen with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, A staircase leads from the small hall to the First floor landing leading to: Main bedroom - double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. 2nd bedroom - with twin beds, wardrobe and dressing table. Bathroom - with corner shower, wash basin and toilet. Shaver socket. Top quality linen and towels are provided. Cot and high chair available on request. Prices range from £300 to £400 per week. Short term lets available out of season and at short notice. B&B accommodation 1- Twin bedded room with vanity unit. Tea/coffee making facilities. Towels provided.
