A delightful holiday cottage in the small unspoilt village of Middleton-by-Youlgreave, about five miles from the market town of Bakewell in Derbyshire. It is surrounded by open countryside with excellent walks and well situated for the stately homes of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. The cottage was built in 1826 and is attached to the former village chapel which is where the owners live. The cottage was originally the residence of the minister. The house is Grade II listed of historical interest. The cottage has its own private garden and patio which is separated from the chapel garden by a wall and trellis with climbers and creepers. Inside . sleeps 4/5 people in 3 bedrooms + cot . Comfortably furnished in a traditional style . Pets are welcome: £10 per dog per week . Ground floor: has a sitting/dingin room, kitchen and separate utility room . first floor: has a twin-bedded room and bathroom . Top floor: has a double-bedded room and a single bedded room Outside .
