Busy year for Peak District Rescuers

Peak District Mountain Rescue team expects 2010 to be the busiest for their team after they had already been called out to emergency calls in the Peak District more than 100 times.

The team at Edale -Peak District, had attended its 102nd call out after a climber was injured. there average call out in a year is around 100.

Emergency call outs range from injured walkers to injured mountain bikers to missing people.
