Advice for keeping warm over winter

Library sessions in the city of Derby are due to hand out useful tips on saving energy and reducing fuel bills.

Derby City Council will be offering advice at all libraries this month and next aimed at helping residents cope over the winter months.

On Tuesday, an adviser will answer questions about saving energy in the home and grants and discounts at Derwent Community Library, Chaddesden, 10am to noon, and at Derby Central Library from 2pm to 4pm.
