A38 accident

There were major delays for commuters this morning when an accident occurred involving two cars.

The accident caused rush hour traffic to be filtered into a single lane on the A38.

Police closed the inside lane of the carriageway while the vehicles, a Nissan Almera and a Ford Focus, were removed.

No one was injured. Traffic returned to normal by 8:20AM.
